TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The main rules governing bathing activities on the beach under state concession to Bibione Mare S.p.A. are summarized below. For anything not described below, please refer to all the provisions issued by the Maritime Authority, the Municipality of San Michele al Tagliamento and the Navigation Code, contained in specific decrees and displayed at the entrances to the establishments.
1) The use of facilities and games and the right to stand on the beach are reserved for purchasers of beach services.
2) Access to the beach with personal material and use thereof are not allowed.
3) It is forbidden to stand on the stretch of beach between the first row of umbrellas and the shoreline and to occupy that space preventing free transit.
4) The use of an umbrella at the establishment is allowed to a maximum of four people.
5) Accesses purchased in advance at the ticket offices or online will not be reimbursed.
6) Customers are kindly requested to use mobile phones and other devices, such as headphones, in full respect of the neighboring umbrella users, paying close attention to the tones of voice and the volume of the devices.

It is also strictly prohibited to:
a) Get dressed or undressed on the beach and in the toilets.
b) Play football or other games that may disturb or constitute a danger to the safety of people.
c) Bring dogs (even on a leash) or other animals to the beach.
d) Light fires.
e) Move chairs or sunbeds away from the umbrella.
f) Use soap or shampoo in the showers.
g) Access the beach by bicycle or by motor vehicle.
h) Change umbrella without prior authorization from the ticket office.
i) Enter the water in adverse weather conditions and in any case with a red flag displayed.
l) Place types of waste other than those indicated in the appropriate signs in the containers for separate collection.
m) Bibione beaches are smoke-free. The smoking ban applies from the shoreline to the last row of umbrellas, therefore also within the organized sectors. It is however allowed to smoke in the kiosks and in the areas behind the umbrellas, on areas specifically dedicated to smokers.
n) For any further cleaning of equipment, the use of personal products is strictly prohibited.
